I am a European and International Lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association. In fact, I have been practicing European Union Law and International Law for more than 13 years. In fact, I graduated with top honors in Law (Master’s Degree in Law – Class of Specialized Degrees in Law) from the Università degli Studi di Milano on June 25, 2007, specializing in European Union Law and International Law, under the supervision of Professor Tullio Treves, former Member Judge (1996–2011) of the Tribunale Internazionale del Mare, headquartered in Hamburg, with the following thesis topic: “The Judgment of the International Court of Justice of December 19, 2005, in the case concerning Armed Activities on the Territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo v. Uganda)”, with particular attention to the notion of unlawful use of force in International Law, the concept of self-defense in International Law, issues relating to the determination of Human Rights violations – the notion of Occupying Power in International Law in relation to violations of Human Rights, Humanitarian Law and the unlawful exploitation of natural resources, the notion of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in International Law, the Obligations of the Occupying Power in International Law, and the Principle of the Prohibition of the Use of Force in the Settlement of International Disputes. I obtained a Degree in Legal Sciences (Class of Degrees in Legal Sciences) from the Università degli Studi di Milano on February 24, 2005, at the Università degli Studi di Milano.
